Barwio is preparing its first marketplace release in Mogadishu. Seller applications are open. Live shopping has not opened. Product availability and seller verification will be shown when actual stores are published.
The Barwio model
Barwio provides storefronts, organised catalogues and order records. Sellers retain their stock, payment arrangements and delivery operations. Barwio does not hold customer funds at launch.
Seller applications
Submitting an application is free and does not enter you into a merchant agreement or guarantee acceptance. Publication follows eligibility checks, agreed merchant terms, catalogue review and pilot tests.
Customer and seller terms
Marketplace customer terms, merchant terms and the returns/disputes process will be published before live ordering begins. The current operating drafts remain subject to review.
