Who handles my payment?
At launch, customers pay the seller directly or pay on delivery. Barwio does not hold customer funds. Seller-reported payment is labelled separately from payment independently confirmed by a payment provider.
What does a verification badge mean?
A badge describes the check that was completed. It does not guarantee a seller or their products. Order history, buyer-confirmed delivery and order-linked reviews provide separate evidence as transactions take place.
Who delivers my order?
The seller arranges delivery and defines the delivery area, fee and timing. Check those details with the store before placing an order.
Can I shop yet?
We are preparing the founding seller launch. Shopping opens once real catalogues, seller notifications and pilot orders have been tested.
